A little helping paw. An honest way to plan.

PandaWander is a book-it-yourself China trip toolbox for first-time English-speaking visitors. It combines an AI-assisted planner with a basic rule fallback, three editorial itineraries and practical source notes. Use the routes to organise your questions, then confirm bookings and entry conditions with official providers. No personal travel testing is claimed.

Built for the questions before the trip

Choosing a route is only one part of an independent visit. You also need to understand which entry rules apply to you, how bookings work and which details require a current official check. PandaWander organises those questions around a trip you can arrange yourself. It is not a travel agency and does not sell a package, subscription or planning service.

Official sources and current booking information

Dated source notes identify the official publications checked for this edition. We omit prices, opening windows and travel-time estimates instead of filling gaps with plausible numbers. Follow the linked provider for the current details. A verification date describes a source check, not a guarantee of future availability or a completed booking test.

Who writes the pages?

The editorial team organises general place descriptions, suggested route blocks and official-source notes. No personal experience, professional credential or first-hand booking test is claimed. A future Tested label would need dated evidence of the exact steps checked and their limits. A successful booking for one traveller would not establish that every passport, payment card or itinerary works.

How this work can earn its keep

Optional booking comparisons may later earn a commission through Stay22 or Travelpayouts. That income does not change the requirement to start with official sources, show uncertainty or keep a useful non-affiliate route through the content. Without configured partner IDs, booking links go to the provider’s official website. Guide and itinerary pages also load Travelpayouts Drive, which may adapt booking links and use cookies; see the privacy policy. No display advertisements are added. The assistant sends trip messages to Cloudflare Workers AI, with client-only chat history and no application storage of message text. A rule engine provides a basic fallback. See the privacy policy for usage-limit records.

A few things you might be wondering

How should I use this information?

Treat these pages as editorial planning guidance. Check the current official rules and your actual reservations before making a travel decision; source dates do not guarantee future availability.

Has the author personally tested these routes?

No personal testing is claimed. The routes combine general place descriptions with dated official-source notes. Suggested blocks help organise your trip; they do not establish opening windows or confirmed connections.

What does Last verified mean?

It records when an official publication was checked. It does not promise future validity, personal testing or availability for your dates. Read the current source again before booking.

How can the methodology improve?

Send a page URL, the claim and a current official source through the contact address. We can review the editorial wording without receiving passport images, booking credentials or other sensitive documents.
