A panda, a map & a little imagination.

PandaWander uses original schematic route artwork and a geometric panda mark drawn for this site. Interface icons come from Lucide, and Inter is self-hosted. No travel photographs were downloaded for these pages. The route diagrams explain a suggested sequence; they are not geographic maps, navigation instructions or evidence of personally tested journeys.

The supplied starting points

The PandaWander mark is an original geometric panda head drawn for this redesign, paired with a modern sans-serif wordmark. The public SVG wordmark is outlined from Inter. The earlier owner-supplied JPG illustrations are archived reference material and are not used in the current interface or generated brand assets.

Original vectors for this site

The header and footer use the minimal panda mark and live PandaWander text. Interface icons come from Lucide under the ISC licence. Abstract route artwork and route maps are original schematic diagrams, not geographic basemaps and not to scale. Decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology; route maps include an accessible text description.

Generated sizes and typography

A reproducible local Sharp script creates the favicon sizes, application icons, apple-touch icon and default social image from the original vector mark. Image dimensions are fixed to keep the layout stable. Inter is self-hosted through the npm font package under the SIL Open Font License, with swap font display and a size-adjusted fallback. Font and icon licences are included in the project documentation. No Google Fonts runtime request is used.

No borrowed travel photography

This sprint contains no downloaded stock photography, competitor screenshots or copied travel articles. Site QA screenshots show the local interface itself and are evidence of the implementation, not evidence that an attraction or booking flow was personally tested. Official source links identify factual references rather than an endorsement or a licence to reproduce source material. Any future image needs a recorded commercial-use basis and an accessible alternative.

A few things you might be wondering

How should I use this information?

Treat these pages as editorial planning guidance. Check the current official rules and your actual reservations before making a travel decision; source dates do not guarantee future availability.

Has the author personally tested these routes?

No personal testing is claimed. The routes combine general place descriptions with dated official-source notes. Suggested blocks help organise your trip; they do not establish opening windows or confirmed connections.

Are the route maps geographically accurate?

They are schematic city sequences, explicitly not to scale. They explain the suggested route order and do not provide navigation or travel-time evidence.

Where did the illustrations come from?

Supporting route SVGs and the geometric panda mark were drawn for this project. App icons and the social image are generated locally from that vector mark. Inter and Lucide licences are included in the project documentation.
